Yoga

In yoga sessions at Eric Clark Wellness, we encourage students to use their breath to guide each movement in a manner that purifies, balances, and prepares the body, mind, and soul for expanded awareness.  

We teach vinyasa style yoga that combines physical movement (asana/postures) and breath work (pranayama) in a vigorous manner, which enhances ones perception, increases flexibility, and builds physical and emotional strength.

In-studio, we offer both private yoga sessions and semi-private or small group classes (visit our Rates page for details). 

In the community, both Eric and Andrea offer group classes at Power Yoga of Cape Cod. These classes are suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome. Our classes are taught in a way that encourages each individual to work with his or her own personal "edge"; students can "ramp it up", or take advantage of modifications that make the postures less demanding. 

Eric describes his classes as a blend of science, strength, and spirit. He teaches a powerful, yet relaxed class filled with dynamic breath work, sweet and strenuous holdings, soulful music, and playful sequences. Eric’s classes are challenging in the sense that you will see yourself clearly, shed all that is not serving you, and hopefully walk away with a better idea of what is important.

Andrea describes her classes as powerful and energetic, and she encourages her students to move with ease and focus in order to open up to and connect with the world. She often combines her knowledge of ballet, yoga, and Pilates, challenging core strength and balance.
